Alot of people (including me until now) think there isnt going to be a crystal remake because of fire red and leaf green but, they forget that the first generation games have 4 games to them and all other generations only have 3 games, meaning there could possibly be the remakes in reverse, because the original first gen games have given japan red and green but US got red and blue, so where im getting at is when they are done making more generations of pokemon on handhelds and switch to other things such as TV, possibly virtual reality, right before they end there handheld pokemon games nintendo and gamefreak will make the games in reverse ending with the pokemon crystal, but this theory is most likely not true its just something that could happen due to the first gen being diferent from all the other gens.
